HIGH TIDE - High tides can range from as little as 25ft up to 40ft on the biggest spring tides so you've always got to be watching it. Generally if its above 30-32ft the centre of the bay will begin to suffer from backwash and the north and south ends of the bay will begin to work. To the north of secrets are a series of sand bars that can be very nice. if the tides are less than 30ft then splash and secrets will not hit the wall and Petit port might be ridable if there's a groundswell. You can also surf at stBrelade on big swells at this stage of tide.
